The Office of the Arizona State Treasurer provides this form to create revenue distribution reports using user defined search criteria. There are four search criteria which can be used independently or in conjunction: 1) County Search By default, the county control is set to “All Counties.” This default search will perform a search of revenue distributions across all counties in Arizona. By designating a specific county, the search can be restricted to display the revenue distributions for only the selected county. For example, if you enter Maricopa County, the results from Maricopa County will be returned. 2) Recipients Search By default, the recipient control is set to “All Recipients.” This default search will perform a search of revenue distributions across all revenue distribution recipients in Arizona. By designating a specific recipient, the search can be restricted to display the revenue distributions for only the selected recipient. For example, if you enter City of Phoenix, the results from the City of Phoenix will be returned. 3) Distributions Search By default, the distribution control is set to “All Distributions.” This default search will perform a search of all revenue distributions across Arizona. By designating a specific distribution, the search can be restricted to display the revenue distributions for only the selected distribution. For example, if you enter city sales tax, the results for city sales taxes will be returned. 4) Date Search
For example, if you enter January 1, 2004 – December 31, 2004 all distributions from the 2004 calendar year will be returned. 5) Combined Search By combining the various search controls, very specific and restricted reports can be generated. For example, if you enter Maricopa County, City of Phoenix, City Sales Tax and January 1, 2004 thru January 31, 2004, only distributions that match all criteria will be displayed. 6) Distributions Updating Frequency Totals current as of close of prior business day. |
