Ross Jacobs is a native of Arizona and has been a resident of Prescott for 34 years. He was elected to the office of Yavapai County Treasurer in 1996. He served as President of the Arizona Treasurer's Association in 2001. Prior to taking office, Mr. Jacobs was in the title insurance industry for 20 years and was Vice President of Yavapai Title Company. He is active as a coach and volunteer in many of the local youth sports leagues and enjoys playing softball, basketball and golf. He has been married to his wife Sarah for 15 years and has two children, Rachel, age 10 and Cade, age 8.
