Dear LGIP Participant:

Welcome to the Internet Participant Access System (IPAS) for the Arizona State Treasurer's Office. Using this system, you will be able to make deposits, withdrawals, or transfer transactions to your LGIP account(s) online. Additionally, you will be able to generate statements showing transactions and account balances for any custom period since the inception of your LGIP account. This system is evolving and improving. If you have suggestions, please feel free to email them to ipas@aztreasury.gov.

To establish IPAS access to your LGIP account, please complete the following checklist:

Review & sign the LGIP-IPAS Agreement (Click here)
Review the list contained in the Computer Support Agreement to verify the appropriate hardware and software is available on your computer. (Click here)
Complete a LGIP-IPAS Authorization Form for each account. (Click here for LGIP Pool 5) (Click here for LGIP Pool 7)
Review & sign LGIP-IPAS Risk Acknowledgment Form. (Click here)
Review the LGIP-IPAS Liability Limitation statement. (Click here)
Review the Arizona State Treasurer's Office web site privacy and use policy. (Click here)
Return the LGIP-IPAS Agreement, LGIP-IPAS authorization form, LGIP-IPAS risk acknowledgment form and Computer Support Agreement to our office.

Once these items are received, we will send you a User Name and the User Guide via e-mail. Your User Password will follow via U.S. Postal Service mail.
